I’ve been a coach for nearly a decade and I’ve noticed that so many guys lack the basic tools they need to succeed. Often thinking they’re just not motivated and feeling and looking incredible isn’t for them.

Yes, gym access is required to fully participate in Kickstarter '25. The training plan is designed to use gym equipment, ensuring you maximise your progress and get the best results possible.

No problem! The program includes educational videos that guide you step-by-step on how to get started with training, track your food effectively, and optimise your recovery. Everything is broken down in a way that’s easy to follow, even for beginners.

The training plan is designed to fit into your lifestyle, with 3 or 4-day-per-week options. Each session takes around 45–60 minutes, and additional program activities, like check-ins and accountability tasks, are simple and quick to complete.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email. You’ll also gain access to the private Facebook group where all program content will be shared. The kickoff call will set you up for success and explain how the next eight weeks will work. So make sure you keep your eyes on your email for the kick off date and time
